1. Chest Discomfort

- Can feel like indigestion or heartburn, sometimes mistaken for mild pain.
2. Pain in Other Areas
- Arms, shoulders, neck, jaw, or back may hurt.
- Often the left arm is affected, but pain can radiate to both arms or other areas.
3. Shortness of Breath
- Feeling winded even at rest or with minimal activity.
- May occur with or without chest discomfort.
4. Unusual Fatigue
- Feeling extremely tired without a clear reason.
- Can happen days or weeks before a heart attack, especially in women.
5. Sweating
- Cold sweat or sudden sweating for no obvious reason.
- Often described as clammy, sticky, or excessive.
6. Nausea or Indigestion
- Feeling nauseous, vomiting, or bloated.
- Sometimes mistaken for stomach issues or food poisoning.
7. Lightheadedness or Dizziness
- Feeling faint, dizzy, or weak.
- May be accompanied by rapid or irregular heartbeat.
8. Anxiety or “Sense of Doom”
- Some people feel unexplained anxiety, restlessness, or panic.

- Symptoms can vary between men and women:
- Women may have subtler signs like nausea, fatigue, or jaw/neck pain.
- Men more often have classic chest pain.
